Actual use varies and excludes towel laundering and product manufacture. This is exterior washing, not polishing or a permanent coating. Heavy mud or grit may need a different method.

Single wash: £40 from 8pm–8am within 2 miles; daytime adds £3.15. Beyond 2 miles, add £2.59 per additional mile, maximum 6 miles. Pack savings compare with individual £40 base washes. Pack visits are for the same car and each appointment needs confirmation. No automatic renewal. Your full quote is agreed before payment.

What’s included?
Exterior bodywork, wheels and tyres, exterior windows, a microfibre finish, and before-and-after photos. No interiors, polishing, paint correction or scratch removal. We check suitability first; heavy mud and grit may need another method.
What’s the final price?
One wash starts at £40 from 8pm–8am within 2 miles. Daytime (8am–8pm) adds £3.15. Beyond 2 miles, travel is £2.59 per additional mile, up to a 6-mile service radius. Packs include daytime and mileage within 6 miles. We confirm your exact quote before payment.
How do packs work?
Two washes cost £70, three £99 and four £127. Your paid pack lasts six months, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Request remaining visits through your private checkout or linked customer account. Every appointment needs confirmation.
How do Club stamps work?
Complete five paid washes for the same registration and booking phone number to unlock a free exterior wash. Pack visits earn stamps when completed. Purchases alone, free washes, cancelled visits and refunded or disputed payments do not earn stamps. Open your private paid booking links or link them to your customer account to access your credits.
Do I need to be there?
Be available at the start to confirm the vehicle, parking access and any existing damage. We agree safe access and any water or power requirements before confirming. If weather or access prevents a wash, contact us to arrange another suitable time.
When do I pay?
Request your wash first. OnClean checks coverage, your slot and the final quote before payment opens. Where connected, Stripe handles card details securely. You are only shown as paid after verification. No online payment is taken while the provider is unconnected.
