OnClean is proposing independent contractor work. You decide when to offer your services and which available jobs to take. There is no guarantee of bookings or earnings. The actual working relationship determines your legal status.
You remain responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, business records, travel and appropriate permissions and cover. Read the full working arrangement in onboarding and seek independent advice if you need it.
Your £250 equipment deposit is collected at 25% of job earnings until fully held. Tips are not used for this deduction. Deposit return and any properly evidenced deductions must be agreed in the equipment terms before kit is issued.
